Reservations & Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Smeralda Resorts.
To guarantee a reservation, a 50% advance deposit is required for flexible rates. The remaining balance shall be settled upon check-in.
Non-refundable reservations require full payment upon confirmation.
Rates & Taxes
All rates are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- UnionPay
- Cash payments in LKR, USD, and EURO
- Bank Transfers
Please note that foreign currency notes that are damaged, heavily marked, torn, or below a face value of 20 (USD/EUR) may not be accepted.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 14:00
- Check-out: 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid passport, national identity card, or driving license upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival for stays between 1 April and 19 December.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival for stays between 20 December and 10 January.
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival for stays between 11 January and 31 March.
Cancellations received after the applicable cancellation deadline will incur a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.
No-Show & Early Departure
No-shows and early departures are charged at 100% of the booked stay.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Non-refundable reservations are fully charged upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Modifications to non-refundable reservations will be evaluated by the management.
Reservation Modifications
Reservations may be modified without charge within 12 months from the original arrival date, provided the modification request is received before the applicable cancellation deadline.
All modifications are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
Non-refundable reservations may be modified only at the hotel's discretion.
